Excellent chocolate recipes!
This is one of the best chocolate cookbooks I've run across! I'm not sure that I agree that it's vegan since honey is one of the suggested sweeteners but that's a minor point, especially since other sweeteners are suggested. I especially appreciate that they recognize that not everyone is comfortable with agave and so offer four alternatives, which most raw dessert books I've run across don't do.
