Consumer purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit if the product arrives damaged or defective or you are unhappy with it. We will not accept returns on coloring books, cookbooks, puzzles, activity books such as journals, doodle diaries, etc., and other gift items (tattoos, bookmark boxes, mugs, etc.)
For eligible returns:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- It must be returned within 30 days.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please provide a brief description of what is wrong with the product.
- Only regular-priced, defective items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
